Kemenkeu Learning Week (KLW) is an annual event hosted by the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia to foster a learning culture within the organization. As part of the larger Kemenkeu Learning Festival, KLW serves as a key initiative to enhance the skills and knowledge of public finance officers. Learning Week 2024, organized by the Financial Education and Training Agency, will be held from October 7-11, 2024, featuring a series of seminars and interactive sessions aimed at driving professional growth and organizational transformation.
Purpose and Objectives of KLW 2024:
a. Provides fresh insights and best practices from leading global experts on important issues, including climate change, human capital management, and organizational transformation.
b. Creates a learning environment that facilitates employees' skill growth and development;
c. Benchmarks essential organizational characteristics and management practices that promote organizational learning and skill-building initiatives.
d. Equips public finance officers with the knowledge and skills necessary to build a future-ready workforce.
Format: A speaker will conduct an online lecture or conversation for 45-60 minutes, followed by a live Q&A session of 30 minutes with the audience. We offer two possible formats: Moderator-Expert Lecture and Moderator-Driven Fireside Conversation.
